FREELY, SOFTLY, YOU is a women’s retreat in southern Spain devoted to herbs, feminine wisdom, nature, movement, beauty, and slow living.
For five days, we gather in Andalucía to step away from noise, pressure, and constant urgency and into a softer, more grounded rhythm of living. Surrounded by wild nature, rivers, herbs, music, nourishing food, and meaningful connection, this retreat is an invitation to reconnect with the body, the senses, and the simple beauty of being fully present.
